FollowMyHoliday (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “FMH”) values your privacy. We collect information about you when you: sign up, create or follow trips, use location or media features, or otherwise interact with FMH. This includes:

• Identifiers & Contact Info: Name, email address, phone number, user ID, authentication credentials

• Media & Trip Data: Photos, videos, livestream data, trip names, dates, cover photo, map path data (geolocation or GPS coordinates if enabled), trip stops, captions, location‑tags

• Device & Usage Information: IP address, device type and OS, app version, usage logs, crash reports, analytics data

• Optional Location Data: GPS/location information during active trips if user enables location sharing

Purpose:  We use this information to provide core services — trip creation/sharing, map trail rendering, media upload/hosting, trip recaps, notifications, account management, support and app improvement.

Third‑Party Services:  We may share data with third‑party service providers (e.g. cloud storage providers, map service providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering functionality.

3. Notice at Collection & Use Disclosure (CCPA / CPRA Requirement)

At or before the time we collect your personal information, we provide notice of what we collect and why. This Privacy Policy acts as our official “Notice at Collection.”

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising or third‑party resale.

We store your data as long as necessary to support your use of the Service or until you request deletion. Media and trip data may persist beyond trip completion unless explicitly deleted.

We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, secure servers, access controls) to protect your data.

7. Children & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your jurisdiction) to use FMH. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law (such as future changes to CPRA). When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of FMH after changes constitutes acceptance.
